The Clean Text of CC&Rs is an OCR recreation of the scan of the CC&Rs - it is searchable, but cannot be considered to be a legally registered version. It is also password protected.
The 2025 Financial report is the Treasurer's report for the 2024 fiscal year. It is also password protected.
The Local Resources is a list of contractors and service companies that have been reccommended by HOA members.
The Fire abatement report is the document prepared for the 2018 HOA meeting on fire risk reduction. It is also password protected.
The Meeting minutes from the 2025 HOA general meeting is also password protected.
The Committee Members link lists members of the Board and AA Committee, and is also password protected.
The AAC quick start paperwork link takes you to a PDF form that you should fill in and mail to the members of the AAC before starting any work on your property. Since it contains the email addresses of the AACc commitee members, it is also password protected.
